Hank Luwisch
Managing Principal

Hank Luwisch is a Managing Principal of Norso Companies. Mr. Luwisch has over 40 years of real estate experience in various aspects including development, acquisitions, brokerage, and management. Mr. Luwisch is an owner of several affiliated real estate operating companies, and currently owns or has owned commercial and residential properties in NY, NJ, GA, CO and NC. Mr. Luwisch has extensive experience in land acquisitions, site development, multi-family construction, and single-family construction. His experience also includes navigating zoning and environmental regulations, and in negotiating leases and other related real estate contracts. He has broad exposure and familiarity working with all levels of municipal governments in order to procure necessary approvals. Mr. Luwisch has demonstrated knowledge and expertise at every level of construction and real estate.

Over the past few years Mr. Luwisch has focused on site acquisition and development in the Southeast United States, recently completing projects including a 49-unit townhouse development in Johns Creek, GA and a 8-unit townhouse development in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Luwisch currently has an ongoing pipeline, which includes a 45-unit townhouse development in Roswell, GA. Mr. Luwisch is a licensed real estate broker in NY and NJ. He attended Wagner College and St. John’s University and served in the United States Navy.

Jonathan Luwisch

Jonathan Luwisch is a principal of Norso Companies.  Jonathan has over 15 years of commercial real estate debt experience.  Prior to joining Norso, Jonathan was an Executive Director at CIBC on the CMBS credit, structuring and distribution team in New York. Jonathan has also held roles at CW Capital (B-piece acquisition), Credit Suisse (CMBS), and the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University with a dual-concentration in finance and international business, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey.

Adam Luwisch

Adam Luwisch is a Principal of Norso Companies. Adam has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience in lending and brokerage. Prior to joining Norso Companies, Adam was a Vice President at Hunt Real Estate Capital, where he was responsible for originating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac agency loans as well as commercial bridge loans. Prior to joining Hunt, Adam was an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital. As an underwriter, Adam specialized in CMBS specific transactions where he was responsible for managing all aspects of the loan due diligence process. Over the course of his career, Adam has underwritten over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans and originated over $100 million in multifamily loans. 

Adam earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University with a concentration in finance, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey.
