Vermillion was established in 1998 and is located in Huntersville, NC, approximately 15 miles north of Charlotte, NC. Vermillion contains over 300 acres of land with more than 1,000 residences, a full complement of amenities including a pool, playgrounds, numerous pocket parks, and a commercial component housing a vibrant town square. Vermillion has historically been one of the hottest communities in the Charlotte area.

While the majority of the lots were controlled by large national builders, Norso Companies was able to purchase 8 developed lots due to its long-standing relationships with the developers as well as its experience in the product and price point. The project was completed in 2017.
